#DrinkBetter: Persimmon Old-Fashioned - a cocktail recipe for craft spirits

Muddle the pulp from the persimmon in a shaker until nearly pureed. Add the whiskey and bitters and shake well. Serve over rocks in a low tumbler and top with club soda if desired. Garnish and stir with a cinnamon stick.
